By purchasing goods from me, you agree to these terms of sale. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Contract of Sale
My intention is to respond to all orders within 3 working days. You will be send an email confirmation which will include the full costs of the goods and a confirmation of delivery.
All items in stock will normally be send within 3 working days.
For items that are out of stock, you will be contacted within 7 working days and offered a comparable product or the opportunity to reconsider your order.

Returns and Refunds
I honour your investment, Valerie Kieffer Product Guarantee - If it breaks, I’ll fix it and you only pay for the package.
Valerie Kieffer does not accept returns on impulse purchases.
In the unlikely event an item is faulty or there has been a shipping mistake, returns of merchandise must be made within 10 days and be accompanied by the receipt.
All returns must be unworn and unused.
All returns must be send by a trackable and insurable method.
All merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
If I am unable to repair or provide satisfactory replacement of returned merchandise a Valerie Kieffer credit note or refund will be issued.

Information collected is only used to process your order. If there is an issue with your order or we need to refund/take any further payments, we may call you on the phone.
When placing an order your email will not be added to the mailing list. I send emails to customers and individuals who have given me permission to contact them. These are used to share news about new launches, sales/special offers and interesting information. This will only happen if you have clicked the subscribe button.
If you contact me via social media, I will respond on the same channel or move to email if I feel the conversation needs further assistance.
You have the right to unsubscribe from the mailing list at any time, as well as to be informed about your personal data, how your data is being used, update incorrect data and have data erased (The Right to be Forgotten), by requesting this via email to info@valeriekieffer.com
