All import duties, sales, taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy
I honour your investment -Valerie Kieffer Product Guarantee - If it breaks, I’ll fix it and you only pay for the package.
Valerie Kieffer does not accept returns on impulse purchases.
In the unlikely event an item is faulty or there has been a shipping mistake, returns of merchandise must be made within 10 days and be accompanied by the receipt.
All returns must be unworn and unused.
All returns must be send by a trackable and insurable method.
All merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
If I am unable to repair or provide satisfactory replacement of returned merchandise a Valerie Kieffer credit note or refund will be issued.
